Our no. 1 priority is your satisfaction. Which means we stand by our service 100%. No matter what, no questions asked, no ifs, no ands, no but. If you have a problem, we will solve it. Refund it or replace it with another program within 6 months from purchase.

Below are our Refund and Replacement Policies

REFUND Policy:

  1. All refunds will be done through cheque payment. Please provide us your cheque payable name or your company name in this regard. 
  2. We will send the cheque to you either by post or deposit the cheque to your assigned bank account no.  If you prefer the latter, please advise the name and account no. of your assigned bank.
  3. Refund will be made within one (1) month upon receipt of your refund application.

REPLACEMENT Policy:

  1. You can only choose programs with a price higher than the one being replaced.  You have to pay the price difference of the two programs.  For example, you purchased program A at the fee of $20,000 and you want to replace it with program B with a fee of $35,000.  You have to pay the difference of the two programs of $15,000 to us.
  2. You can only choose one (1) replacement program.
  3. A program that is purchased by way of Replacement cannot be further replaced or refunded.
