Externship 2022 – Leadership Development Program

Youngsters, be well Equipped to Prepare for your NEXT STAGE!

Our brand new Externship Program is designed to serve youngsters including those who have graduated or about to graduate from school, and who want to get well equipped and prepared in their future endeavors.

It includes an increased self-efficacy and development of relevant skills for the youngsters to succeed in their ongoing adulthood, and in the workplace, such as decision-making, communication, and cooperation with their future teammates.

The program focuses on unleashing attendees’ strengths and weaknesses, setting personal and vocational goals, raising their self-esteem, confidence, and motivation.  All these play a crucial role for them to set up and enhance their social networks in their future career life and to cope with versatile social changes.

We aimed at shaping a growth mindset for the next generation of leadership so that both our workforce and community will be benefited from their positive and energetic auras.

We also hope these future leaders will become role models among their peers and younger generations.

This program will equip the youngsters with effective and efficient tools like time management, teamwork essentials, goal setting, conversation techniques, problem-solving, mindset reset, interpersonal skills, and so forth.

It is wholly an 8 weeks Transformative Journey!

The process is often triggered by an important life event that inspires you to improve and empower yourself by discovering where your full potential lies.

The result is a more satisfying and meaningful life, which is evident in your relationships, place of work, self-image, and self-confidence, as well as your worldview.

Module 1 – Discover Yourself

We are often lost in terms of knowing our destination and seldom set up a goal in our life.  This happens obviously among the youngsters who leave and who are about to leave school.  A man without a purpose is like a ship without a ruddle.   In this module, we help our participants to create a plan for all of them to understand what are their goals and outcome.

In the meantime, we equip our participants with a positive mindset that helps them to overcome obstacles they may face when learning something new or developing new skills.

Knowing that getting infinity with the people around us brings connection and opportunities to us.   We demonstrate the most efficient and effective communication techniques to deal with people with different backgrounds and thinking preferences.

What kind of leaders is most demanding in nowadays world?

According to the World Economic Forum Research, people with skills in critical thinking analysis, leadership, social influence, and the like are much demanding in 2025.

In this module, we focus on how to become a great leader and how to make the right decisions.  We teach you a systematic approach to help you make the right decision based on objective criteria.

Knowing that our ultimate purpose of communication is to impose a positive influence on others so that we can get feedbacks that in favor of us from them.  We introduce a mechanism that helps youngsters to build an instant rapport with others.  This helps to affect their colleagues, teammates, superiors, clients, and so forth unconsciously.   If youngsters know this skill well they can be one step quicker to succeed than others.

Module 3  – Skills Enhancement

Everyone is in a rush in today’s world.  People always complain there is not enough time and never be able to complete their assignments.  In this module, we teach youngsters a very effective time management tool based on their outcomes and their juicy reasons.

No matter in a real or virtual working environment, nobody can work alone in this complex business world.  We also aim at teaching our attendees how to enhance team cooperation and effectiveness.

Since everyone has different values and beliefs, conflicts of thinking inevitably happen in the workplace.  We introduce the most practical conflict management and handling techniques in this module.  A harmonious working atmosphere is always good for our emotional and mental health.

When we find we get used to procrastinating on something we need to do, it means we are lacking motivation.  We talk about the methods of killing procrastination with the purpose to turn your vitality and power on.

Module 4 – Self Image Development

Many people are very stressed and not very confident about themselves.   There are some NLP techniques that are very useful in helping you to cope with today’s hectic and stressful situation.  We teach these techniques in order to overcome stress and some methods of dealing with challenges.

We cover self-coaching techniques so that attendees know themselves, in terms of their strengths and weakness, much more in the Mentoring part.

In this module, we also talk about the most effective way of presentation, getting connection and attention with the audience.

We also share some inner secrets of how to become a convincing and influential public speaker.  Some techniques can power up your confidence on stage instantly.

A completion certificate will be granted for those candidates who obtain an 80% or over attendance in the program.
